Hart Bakery Holmen København

I think I fell in love with a cinnamon bun today. I visited Hart because it was in the Copenhagen episode of The Bear and it didn’t disappoint. Great coffee, with some absolutely delectable pastry’s. If it’s a nice day, sit outside and take in your surroundings, it’s a perfect place to sit and watch the world go by.

We got the strawberry tart which was very delicious. I think that the taste of Hart never disappoints. However, they definitely need to do better in terms of cleaning , both the cleaning of the tables and ofc of the toilet.

Loved the cheesecake here. Not so much of the cardemon croissant. Ambiance ia good. Near to the waters.

Loved it - the area is great, it’s got bathrooms, it’s got good matcha, there’s a lot of space. A lot of bread and pastry options. Keeps you wanting more! I loved the seasonal options and wanna try them all!

Great coffee spot with a view. I tried absolutely delicious pastry with poppy seeds that I believe is called tebirkes and cappuccino with oat milk. As my first coffee experience in Copenhagen, I loved it.

Delicious - lived up to the hype. We had the salmon sourdough sandwich (10/10, the reputation the chef has for sourdough is deserved - it was light, tangy and perfectly complemented the salmon) and the rhubarb choux pastry (10/10 - light and delicious). Coffee and matcha latter also very good. Was busy on a Saturday at lunch but we got a table after only 5 minutes. Was a longer wait for the drinks (and just one bathroom). Would definitely recommend!

Always good and high quality. Missing their almond croissant though.. Been there several times but they didn't bake it

A mass rush for something that isn't worth it. The service didn't understand the order until the fourth time; they didn't speak Danish and had poor English. A pain au chocolat and a cardamom croissant. The croissant was OK, 4/5, but the pain au chocolat was one of the worst I've ever eaten.

Really good stop for a sunny day
