Amazing experience! First of all, the food was delicious, we had the buffet and loved everything we tasted - in my opinion the most tasty smokehouse fish on Bornholm. After dinner we were curious about the preparation of the fish and asked a few questions, the daily manager (Matthias) then offered to show us the smokers/the ovens and gave us an exclusive and fascinating tour and account of the place, the craft and the history for almost half an hour 🤩 Truly incredible service 👏🏽

The service is incredibly friendly, the food is delicious – the fish is wonderfully smoked! I felt it wasn't as oversalted as in other smokehouses. The selection is as plentiful as usual, and the portions are generous. We'll definitely be back, thank you to the whole team!

We ordered the white bread with salmon and scrambled eggs. Unfortunately, the scrambled eggs were disappointing, as there were only about a teaspoon of them, and they were clearly industrially produced, not fresh eggs. It's hardly worth mentioning them on the menu.

Food and drinks are ordered at the bar, excellent buffet with many types of fish.

Best smoked herring we had among several places, they also have a nice buffet which is definitely worth considering

The buffet is incredibly extensive and has delicious fish for everyone. This place is a must-visit. Friendly staff, great outdoor seating area. We paid around €60 for two people.

The fish fillet and the fish cakes themselves were good, but unfortunately the side dishes were not very good. Boring rye bread and half raw potatoes. The portions are also quite small for the price. Too bad as the place is otherwise well located with a cozy courtyard.
