Havneby Kro Tønder

We keep coming back here. The buffet is highly recommended. Plentiful and good.

This is a charmingly furnished house near the Sylt ferry and the fishing harbor. The rooms are clean, and there's a kettle, tea bags, instant coffee, and a small refrigerator. A television is provided. The bathroom has a hairdryer but no vanity mirror. We had a private balcony overlooking the sunrise and access to a large shared terrace. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. We also ate dinner there, once à la carte and once from the buffet. Both are highly recommended.

The @frs-syltfähre Christmas party and we Sylt locals were able to stay overnight at the Havneby Kro. The beds were a bit narrow, but the staff was very dedicated, and the breakfast was lovely. I was told the hotel is being renovated gradually, and wider beds will be available soon.

Would’ve gave 5 star but like the tap water is 25 krone that dosent make sense but everything else is good service and good is nice but the water think bothered me bc we’re with 8 people so just give me a glas of water and not a bottle

Simply a nice and very family-friendly restaurant.
