Hooked København

A rather limited selection of dishes, but everything is very good. The portions are generous, the fries are truly excellent. Recommended, although expensive from a German perspective.

Lucky me! I booked online just two hours beforehand. The atmosphere was unique, complete with enamel plates. The beer was fantastic. Thank you so much!

We ordered fried fish, raw salmon steak, fried meatballs, and the like. It was decent, except that the order came out a bit late, perhaps because it is a popular spot. Aside from the typical Copenhagen high prices, the taste and portion sizes were average.

Great! Fantastic food, absolutely delicious. As soon as we're back in Copenhagen, we'll definitely stop by again.

Food was great and came out at a reasonable time. We had the fish n chips plus a lobster roll. Very delicious.

Nice atmosphere and concept. The sauces and fries were delicious. The fish was a bit bland.

My only regret about Hooked is that we discovered it on our last day in Copenhagen. I would have gone back every single day. We got there pretty late, and after trying pretty much everything that was recommended to us, we wanted to add a few more things — but unfortunately, the kitchen had already closed. I was genuinely disappointed. 😄 Luckily, I sent 3 or 4 friends here afterwards, and they all loved it just as much as we did, so at least I got to experience the missing dishes through them. This was also the first time I ever tried raw salmon, and it was fantastic. I actually eat raw salmon now, and Hooked is still my reference point for how good it can be. The fish & chips were seriously impressive too. I honestly think they were better than most of the ones I’ve had in the UK. And that calamari… absolutely fantastic. Crispy, tender and ridiculously good. And the shrimp? I honestly don’t even have the words. Just order them. If you love seafood and want somewhere casual, relaxed and relatively quick, you absolutely have to try Hooked. Just do yourself a favor and don’t wait until the last day of your trip like we did. 😄

Delicious fish and chips and a fish burger served with exceptionally well-seasoned fries and sauces. A charming place with friendly service.
