Had lunch there, service was perfect. We had shooting stars, delicious pan-fried fish fillets, large fresh shrimp, really a well-prepared meal.

Perfectly located, large rooms a bit in need of refreshing. Bathroom large but paper cup instead of real glass to drink. No kettle no coffee a bit disappointed for the price

Fantastic hotel. The oldest hotel in Denmark and you can tell. Everything creaks a bit, and everything is a bit crooked. But that is the charm of this hotel. Excellent, nicely decorated rooms and friendly people to help you at the reception. You park outside the center but you can drive to the hotel with the car for your luggage. Also ate in the restaurant. Here eaten stjernrskud which was a great experience. Hotel is located in the middle of the old center of Ribe and therefore ideal to use as a base for Ribe and surroundings.

Friendly staff, some new hires for the season, but all in a good mood and service-minded. Gourmet food in the evening of high class and excellent wine menu (pampering stay). Breakfast was OK. Authentic rooms and surroundings in Denmark's oldest hotel👍

I found the breakfast disappointing.

Centrally located right in the middle of the square by the cathedral in Ribe, you will find Denmark's oldest hotel. You can notice the age... mostly in a pleasant way 😊 The old buildings are full of crooked stairs, steps and floors. Good food and wines and great service in the cozy and old restaurant, where the guard came by and gave a little trick 😊
