The hotel is beautifully situated down to Koldiing fjord with their own bridge where ships can dock. The food is really good and varied. The buildings are historic and really beautiful.

We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Koldingfjord. Everything was top class! From check-in to check-out. Staff was very nice and friendly, rooms were clean, food at the restaurant tasted fantastic. There is nothing negative to say at all. Huge recommendation from here. Hotel Koldingfjord helped make our wedding day even more fantastic!

Absolutely fantastic weekend stay. The staff were really prepared and the service was of high quality. We had a lovely room with a view of the fjord with a look through the beech tree crowns. The hotel is located in lovely surroundings and I can definitely recommend a lovely walk in the surrounding forest, where ramsons and anemones filled the forest floor in a wonderful way. The food was absolutely great and I can highly recommend the wine menu.

The location couldn't be better. The bathrooms have some old pipes so the water accumulates in the sink. Very very nice staff.

Koldingfjord is the most beautiful and comfortable conference venue I have been to in a very long time. Delicious, healthy and beautiful catering. The planting, area and environment cannot be more beautiful. Great training/pool facilities, associated bathing jetty and the opportunity for wonderful walks by the water, in the forest and along the fields.

Beautiful nature, forest and sea, and endless peace, the possibility of cycling and wandering in nature. Incredible relaxation. Pleasant service. No problem anywhere, unbelievable. One small thing, sometimes the wind blows stronger here. Otherwise, I highly recommend the beautiful accommodation.

01/08/2026: It takes a while to get served because the staff are talking to each other more than paying attention to the guests. When you are finally served, however, you get your ordered food quickly and it is tasty. We had the chicken nachos, a kids' menu with chicken nuggets, and a pulled pork sandwich.

16/08/2026: We went for lunch today. We hadn't booked, but they were very kind and seated us right away. It wasn't a problem for me, a celiac. They cooked an excellent gluten-free pasta Bolognese (perfectly cooked, by the way), and, a rare treat for us celiacs, I even got to enjoy dessert (mango panna cotta, out of this world!). The lasagna and pizza we ordered were also delicious: quality ingredients and true Italian flavor. We truly felt at home and recommend it to all Italians (and non-Italians) who want authentic cuisine. The owners, a lovely couple, are kind and helpful. Thank you!
13/08/2026: The food was good. The service was very friendly. Dogs were allowed in the restaurant.
