Fantastic hotel! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The location is ideal, everything is within walking distance. I had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it!

Great location, about a 5-minute walk to the train station and about 10 to 15 minutes to the old town center. The rooms are very comfortable and a good size. The bathroom is rather small. Room cleaning and fresh towels must be requested daily at reception if desired.

Love staying here, always stays here whenever visiting cph. Good size of rooms, super nice and comfy bed, clean, friendly staff, nice areas to sit an work and amazing breakfast, so veggie friendly

We had a lovely 4 night stay at this hotel. The amenities are great. It is a 3 min walk from train/metro station and is an accessible base for walking into the city centre. The hotel is two blocks, connected with an internal patio area. We stayed in the second block and found that we slept amazing. No noise from the outside streets as mentioned in some reviews. We had an early flight, so left our luggage in their storage room before exploring the centre and then checking in. The hotel has umbrellas to use for free scattered by the various exits and entrances. Our room was the smallest double, but was practical and cosy. I have never stayed in a hotel that was so clean. No dust, or dirt anywhere! The bed was very comfy. The tv has no live options, but allows you to chrome cast from streaming services. The room had a little tote bag, which is free to use and take with you, which saved us money on disposables we would have got when shopping. The rooms do not have a fridge or ac, but these did not matter to us. The staff were all lovely and friendly. We didn’t eat breakfast there as we wanted to make the most of trying various pastry shops. I would recommend Hart Bageri which is about a ten min walk set in the meatpacking district. Having stayed in another hotel last year, which is just a few doors down from Mayfair, I can say I much prefer Hotel Mayfair, it was a lovely stay and we will return! Thank you ⭐️

Great hotel, lovely service. Perfectly placed in the city for accessing different areas but slightly sketchy area immediately around hotel for Copenhagen. Pillows did fall between bed and headboard which was slightly annoying. We were in room 214 which was really spacious!

We had a great stay here for a weekend! Would really highly recommend. Staff were all lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Overall vibe and feel of the hotel was great. Our room was really nice, well designed, lots of space. Very comfy bed. (Loved that there was a steamer you could use for your clothes!) I really like that there was space to sit in the hotel that wasn’t just your room. The space in the lobby and various other rooms was really nice, and made the hotel feel more expensive/luxury than the price we paid. Very good location, very close to the big train station with metro links as well. Walking distance to various nice restaurants, bars etc. Great coffee available at reception too!

Good location, great breakfast. However, there was no table in the room, which was really missing.
