Located in the middle of Hjørring. Walking distance to restaurants, discos and attractions (museum and such). Nice staff! Breakfast was simple with bread, freshly baked rolls and cold cuts! Various drinks. Decent rooms with WiFi and TV. Decent bathroom. Quiet and peaceful place!

09/09/2025: Superb food. One of the best sushi restaurants I've ever visited.
04/07/2025: Such a lovely surprise to find such good sushi in Hjørring. Absolutely some of the best sushi I have had, in my Top 5. We waited quite a long time for the sushi (considering we where the only guests at that time), but so good and fresh once it arrived. Worth the wait. The price a little high, but again, with the good quality, it turned out to be worth it 🍣

03/02/2026: The New York steak was full of cartilage/tendons, the side dishes were ok. There wasn't much heat in the room😢😢
22/01/2026: We were there during the off-season and didn't need a reservation; we were served immediately and very courteously. We would definitely come again. The food was delicious. We highly recommend Restaurant Søborg!
