Hotel Ærø Svendborg

The hotel is old, but charming. Service is friendly and accommodating. Parking was fine. Breakfast in the restaurant was ok, but super expensive. The room was very basic. The biggest challenge was a smell outside Room 81 in the annex I stayed in. It smelled of sewage and dead rats. Not just a little, but so much that the smell came into the room. It was 1 night, so I didn't inform about it. Unbelievable if other guests haven't mentioned it...

Was there for Christmas lunch with work. The food tasted good. The only thing that was boring. It was served on plates.

Simple ordinary Christmas lunch. We weren't going to stay the night.
