Hotel Ærø Svendborg

Really nice hotel right at the ferry port in Shedborg. Classic, historical and Danish style. Service minded and friendly staff with a big smile welcomed us at the reception. Room was ok, no AC but not promised either. Small fan and open windows kept us comfortable. No elevator in our building which might be a plus as the tasty Danish food and local beer needs to be taken care of. 😂👍🏻

A hotel with excellent service, an ideal location, and very good value for money. The restaurant is also highly recommended, especially for its breakfast buffet and evening menu!

We enjoy coming to Hotel Ærø. The staff at the hotel and in the restaurant are nice, helpful and there is always a smile and a good mood.

We had bought the stay on a deal. We have experienced Andreas' places where the service level is then turned down, but that was definitely not the case here. The room was fine, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and both breakfast and the inclusive 3-course menu were perfectly fine. We were able to move the stay one day with a few days' notice, just as dinner was moved from the first to the second evening, agreed on the phone in the morning where we arrived in the afternoon. Again without problems, and with a smile👍 We will definitely come again
