Great hotel, and they have a free drink hour from 5 to 6 and nightcap hour from 10 to 11. Breakfast is awesome 👌

They failed the class in terms of cleanliness. The rooms look clean, but when you look at the details, they are incredibly dirty and breath dust for the customers.

We booked 6 nights in the apartment room. From the free happy hour, to the beds to the location. Everything was perfect!

Context: Two friends stayed for 6 days in September Temperature ranged from 12-20 degrees during this time. Pros: * Location is good. Convenient walk to København H, Vesterport or Norreport for travellers to/from the airport. * Check in staff is pleasant and warm. * You get a lot of space compared to the typical Copenhagen hotel. We were able to open multiple large suitcases in the room flat open. * Soundproofing of windows are good! * Water temperature and pressure are very good. Gets hot and cold very fast. * Toilet flush is decent for European hotel. * There were heating panels in the bathroom, living room and a heater next to the bed, which would be good in winter months. * All TVs have smart functions for casting from your tech device. * There were two tvs in our ‘superior apartment’ of 46 square feet. Great for multiple forms of entertainment or work. * They gave 4 extra toilet rolls so you don’t have to worry about using it up mid-business. * They provide hand wash, hand lotion, shampoo and body wash for the toilet. They also provide dishwashing liquid in the kitchen. Cons(ish): * Cleaning once every 4 days, and the cleaning lady is very haphazard about the cleaning. It’s dubious at best by typical global hotel standards, but perfectly normal (still fairly gross) by usual European standards. Examples include water stains on many things (glasses, utensils, counter tops), dust on plates and sometimes a little bit of bread crust/crumbs on things such as toaster plate in microwave oven. If you’re observant about hygiene standards, this is something to consider. * Water boiler was extremely dirty (it was concerning) because it was full of scale and clearly looked like it hadn’t been washed for a long time. Though we washed it, a lot of its gunk/scale was still on it because.. it hasn’t been washed before? Unsure. * Floor was also dubious and not really clean. Would recommend you to bring your own room slippers if you like to keep your feet bare in a hotel. * No air conditioning (so pick the season you stay in wisely.) You can open the windows a little (but not by much because of the security feature.) * Depending on your lifestyle and which apartment you’re put in, it could be loud because it’s next to the main road. We stayed in room 155, ‘superior apartment’ which had a lot of space (46 square feet) and was one floor above the main road. It gets loud but it’s also nice to people watch. We close the windows at night before bed because you can get drunk people yelling or ambulance sounds especially on the weekends. * In the summer on Saturdays, the tivoli fireworks last for about 15 minutes and while you can’t see them, you’ll hear them quite loudly at 1130pm. * If you close all the windows in summer, the air get stuffy and still. If you leave one window open by the courtyard, you’ll be potentially woken up by the staff / workers discussing things or smoking in the morning. * Unlike typical aparthotels, you must do all your dishes and clean up the kitchen area (or there will be a fee, which was implied.) * Toilet sink area had a LOT of problems (water was always backed up) so we had to use the kitchen sink to brush our teeth. * If you’re below 173-175cm or have short arms, reaching up to the wardrobe is a little challenging. The wardrobe hangers in our room were at a height of approximately 190-195cm. It was similar for the shower caddy area. I am 170cm and had to tip toe to reach the hangers in the closet. * Lights are not strategically placed so it can seem a little dark at the places that need it the most (example in front of the wardrobe, so we had to use a phone light.)

Hotel ideally located. You can get around on foot because it is rather central. Pleasant welcome, clean room, comfortable bedding. The small downside: there is no air conditioning, but a fan in the room; we can open the windows for ventilation except that we overlooked the street and it was very noisy because there are tables on the sidewalk. Bicycles can be rented on site. The hotel even lends umbrellas in case of rain. It serves you well. Restaurant on site. We had dinner when we arrived. Simple but very good. Fair prices. It was a good stay because of the ideal location.

Can't beat the location, but that's the main selling point. Rooms are rather small, there's no AC and the room heats up quickly. Cleanliness is acceptable, but also not outstanding. Staff is generally trying to be helpful.

Typical European hotel, no a/c, but a nice breeze coming in through the windows. The staff is very helpful & friendly and the location is perfect to walk to most of the top sites.

Really enjoyed this hotel. We stayed in the Penthouse, and it was a lovely room. Unlimited "mini bar", basically all drinks were free, just order by phone or at the bar. Great perk. Breakfast was included and had a wonderful variety. Very central and close to the train station, Tivoli and city center. VERY Eco Friendly. The Italian Restaurant on the corner below the hotel is top notch. I'll definitely stay here again!
