Nice little hotel with super friendly service

A lovely hotel in the center of Copenhagen. All sights and attractions are within walking distance. The service is excellent, the breakfast is good, and the location is great. The room was a bit less than perfect; it was a bit dingy, with lots of dust and damage. There was also a lot of noise from the heating. The old pipes started ticking in the evening. This could only be solved by turning on the heating, but then the room got very warm. So, it was a nuisance. There was no air conditioning.

It's a very clean hotel. My room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was good. Complimentary herbal tea and coffee were provided. There was also a washing machine, and they left two detergent tablets for the laundry. There's a mini-fridge. There's a small seating area and a table. There was an ironing board and iron. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is within walking distance of many of Copenhagen's attractions. If you're planning to walk all day, you can stop by the hotel for a break.

Very nice hotel in the centre. We had smaller room, but it has everything we needed and was pretty cosy. Breakfast was fantastic, wide range of organic food, served very attractive way. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. 10 minutes to metro station, bike rental opposite and also Donkey republic bike stands few meters away. Everyday free wine hour 17-18 in the foyeur and free spirit hour 22-23. Hope we will return sometimes in the future ♥️

We stay in Copenhagen on an average twice a month and over the years we have stayed at a great number of hotels. Hotel SP32 was very disappointing. The room was small and dark, the hallways are gloomy and look dusty. Wondering why our bedside light was not working we found loose electrical wires exposed under the bed (see picture). Electrical plugs don’t fit the socket (see picture) This room was electrically unsafe. The WiFi was ‘free’ but only if you subscribe to the newsletter (see photo). We don’t like to be forced to sign up for spam. The registration procedure at the front desk is extremely cumbersome. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Very nice stay overall. Very friendly staff. Our room would need refreshment and it was just in front of the elevator, so a bit loud.

Beautiful accommodation for a city trip to Copenhagen in a perfect location The location of the hotel is great. It is located in the Latin Quarter, a central district with lots of charm, restaurants and bars. However, it is not overcrowded or hectic, but rather relaxed. Many important attractions are within walking distance, otherwise you can hire a bike or use public transport. We also liked the very friendly staff and the relaxed atmosphere at the bar. The furnishings in the room are a little sparse, we would have liked a little more cupboard space. There is a small fridge, which we could have used in the summer temperatures, but it was working. The breakfast is extensive, but somewhat special, as it is very "organic". There is no white bread or rolls etc. However, friends of organic food and vegans will certainly appreciate this. When we reported a minor technical problem in the bathroom, we were told that there is no technician there at the weekend to look at it.

No AC. Small rooms. But nice friendly staff and great location

Everything was perfect, except some PowerPoint did not work.

Everything was great with this hotel, except the extra bed that was stone hard. They should really add an extra mattress to the extra beds. I still have a stiff back two nights after sleeping in it. The happy hour and the lounge was great, the breakfast amazing, the location really close to everything. The restaurant Vaekst, was amazing too . We had a lovely view over the rooftops.
