02/03/2025: The hotel is a self-service hotel, check-in and check-out as well as all contact takes place via email, the "room key" is a code offering the room and hotel entrance. Everything was clean and nice The only staff seen were at breakfast, who were friendly enough but lacked the smile to the extent seen a lot in eastern Europe Nice stay, thinking of stopping by again, the 'old style' has been kept in the corridors, dining room and hall

12/02/2025: Really nice place. V stayed in a really beautiful family room with a living room and two bedrooms. And a view of Gråsten castle. The selection of breakfast was not impressive, but there was what we needed, so it was off the mark. We lived in the middle of the city. We would love to come back.
