We were lucky to come across this really cute café on our New Year's Eve vacation. Dogs are welcome, which is unfortunately sometimes a bit of a challenge in Denmark. You sit directly at the harbor and can look out over the water. Really a very nice atmosphere. The nice ladies in the café can also speak and understand a little German, which of course makes everything easier. It was by far the best ice cream cake we have ever eaten, we had the Biscoff Lemon Curd flavor! Some types of ice cream are also indescribably delicious! Our favorite of the ones we tested was the rum ball variety. You can also choose two varieties per ball instead of one variety per ball, i.e. half balls. Which was really perfect for me because unfortunately I can't make a lot of ice cream, but I would like to try a lot of it. Despite the high prices (due to the chocolate and sugar tax in Denmark), we even went there a second time because we thought it was so great and delicious. But you also have to say that the balls are really big. We were thrilled. The toilets are very clean and tidy, also suitable for disabled people as it is a large room. Our next vacation near Sønderborg will definitely lure us back to this cafe!

Hello, spontaneously found it and enjoyed some very tasty ice cream!

Delicious ice cream, ice cream cakes and coffee. I assume everything was made by myself. Of course it's not exactly cheap, but I think that's normal for Denmark.

Fantastic cakes. The type of coffee (cappuccino) didn't quite suit my taste but it wasn't a problem

Super delicious ice cream. Large selection. High quality Lemon tart ice cream was the favorite!

Lots of great ice cream flavors. I particularly liked getting 4 half different balls instead of 2 large balls. Mind you, at the same price. This actually gives you the opportunity to try several flavors of ice cream

Good ice cream but not so good waffles. You can get two flavors for each ball you order. The prices are a bit on the high end.

Really good homemade ice cream. Service with a big smile: "Do you want "half balls" so you can taste twice as many?" I call that service. Nice place with tables and chairs overlooking the harbor.
