The Syttende team places the utmost importance on carefully selected products. Chef Peter Rødsgaard transforms these ingredients into dishes of precise craftsmanship. Each course showcases the purity and richness of regional produce. The creations combine Danish culinary traditions with innovative techniques. In every bite, you'll taste a tribute to South Jutland, enhanced by flavors from around the world. They offer wine pairings to complement the menu. If you prefer to abstain from alcohol, you can choose the juice pairing. This alcohol-free alternative isn't just an accompaniment; it enhances your taste experience with exciting juice creations. The Service and the Ambiance The ambiance at Syttende is modern and elegant. Its location on the top floor guarantees a fantastic view, making dinner a visual experience. The service is professional and attentive. The staff knows each dish intimately and provides informative explanations of the ingredients and preparation. You feel exceptionally well looked after throughout the entire evening. This was our second time dining at Syttende. From the warm welcome to the petit fours, it was another wonderful experience.
