The pasta left the pasta machine and was in my mouth not ten minutes later. You should visit.

A gem just a few minutes from the more busier parts of Nørrebro. Simone is super friendly and passionate about grains and food, and the pasta is the best I’ve had in ages. With a great kombucha and natural wine selection, this spot is now on my go-to for both casual lunch pasta dishes and stocking up on quality pasta and wine for home cooking endeavours.

A real gem in Copenhagen. The restaurant has a unique vegetarian dish but adaptable according to preferences (we were able to remove the cheese from the dish). The manager was very adorable and welcoming. She even gave us recommendations for visiting Copenhagen. The restaurant is very small and has a single table, but that gives it its charm. There is also a small shop where you can buy homemade pasta as well as chocolate, tea and coffee. Don't miss the chocolate toast to finish the meal, a real delight. I will definitely come back here during my next visit to Copenhagen ✨

Beautiful hideaway with excellent drip coffee. I like the atmosphere, I like the fruitiness and floral notes in the coffee, and I like whoever I talked to there. Great neighborhood coffee shop.

Incredibly welcoming place with superb pasta.

Chanced upon this place purely because it was near our AirBnB, and was so pleasantly surprised by 1) the dedication to novel pasta craft, 2) the quality of coffee (even cold brew has nuanced notes which I find uncommon) and 3) the calm, welcoming ambience offered by staff and guests alike. I would recommend this to anyone in Copenhagen. Thank you for a lovely first meal in this country!
