Lovely evening with super delicious food. Service is top notch and the atmosphere is nice, especially the acoustics in the room are good. Exciting dishes where you could feel a bit of Michelin. However, the wine menu was a bit of a flop - a lovely cabinet which was too sweet for the first course and then a terrible orange wine which was completely undrinkable (it's going to be something like the emperor's new clothes) number 3 was a claret which was thin and shabby, did nothing good for the delicious signature dish (tartare in pepper sauce). Finally an ordinary but excellent chianti. I regretted that I had chosen it

Uformel hits all the right spots. Great food, great service, perfect wine pairings and a cosy atmosphere. We had the 5-course menu, which was just a perfect balance of flavors and portion sizes. Highly recommended

Went there twice during my stay in Copenhagen, once with my wife and once with my best friend for his birthday. Both times were incredible, service was on point, food was the best I had during my stay, and the dessert was probably the best dessert I ever had in a restaurant, absolutely incredible ! Recommend 100x and will definitely come back.

Seriously good stuff here! The waffle with cured ham and cheese! The oysters with Vietnamese sprinkled sauce! The Tartar with its pepper sauce! The cod with potatoes and cheese. And, and, and the Duroc pork with brown butter and tempura!!! All of this with a dark chocolate rum desert conclusion. I mean. This was NICE!

Fantastic service and beautiful decor. Unfortunately, the food didn't impress me. I think they could play around with local ingredients more and use less fat! The main courses had too much butter, which overpowered the flavor. We had the tasting menu, two of which were fantastic; the third, the steak tartare, had too much sauce, which was overly spiced to the point of burning my tongue. The main course had an overly fatty sauce, and the dessert could have been a bit less sweet, but it was still very good. Overall, I recommend this place; the atmosphere is very nice, but there are some things that could be improved.

Disappointing, we read the good reviews and arrived. We took a few dishes a la carte, unfortunately the food claims to be creative but the flavors and balances are not successful. The pricing is high in relation to the quantities served and the unbalanced flavors

A bit stuffy. No real flair. Compared to the culinary competition in Copenhagen, and considering the restaurant's own stated standards, it's rather average. Overall, it was okay, but only okay. We just ate something good.

Just had their “Summer feels” menu with wine. A really good experience.
