When I enter the restaurant, I can see from the interior and layout that they would try to lean on the real restaurants. Prices, table setting, and interior are like expensive restaurants, but then the similarity ends. The quality of the food simply cannot keep up with the price. For example, we got two pieces of meat that had to be chewed 100% more than what I normally experience in other places. Their salad bar is not much better than what I see at highway eateries. And then the place has become a “purchased” restaurant. Now everything has to be purchased, which is a far cry from their original concept. So after the new management has put their mark on the “new” Jensens steakhouse, it is a restaurant I go to a couple of times a year at most. Where I used to go there at least once a month.

The food vas very lacking: unseasoned ribbs, "barbeque" sauce was basically ketchup and the coleslaw was just shredded veggie in a cup with white water. The service on the otherhand was very good. The two ladies working that nice was very professional and attentive, props to them! I was suprised by the lacking food quality as I've always been positively surprised by the fiod quality of Jensen's in Sweden.

Food tasted excellent, staff was good. There were not many people present (during the week), other journeymen lie dressed. Highly recommended in terms of food in relation to costs. Many refill options for reduced prices, both drinks and soft ice cream.

A little disappointed with the avocado waffle. Nice salmon and shrimp, but the waffle did not live up to expectations. Fries, sauce and soft ice cream save the overall experience as usual!

Extremely positive experience. Came on Saturday at 1645 with my 12 year old daughter. Plenty of space and we were given a children's menu without them wanting to hear about age or I was aware it was an option. It was the first visit in 20 years and the last experience was not a success. This time it was something different. We ordered and promptly received both food and drink. The waiters were with us no less than 5 times during the meal, and it is therefore a pleasure when you want a little more garnish. The food was absolutely reasonable without being a gastronomic masterpiece, but our expectations were met and more. We became members of jensen's during the dinner, and the DKK 100 you get as a welcome gift was reduced on the bill, even though they couldn't find us in the system. With the service I experienced, I would also have liked to have given a higher price. That gives a full house in my book. - well done Jensens, Axeltorv.

Very good business, the food was delicious and the staff nice. I recommend coming in the morning for the breakfast/lunch menu. Prices are cheaper then than in the evening.

Incredibly bright and nice compared to places in Sweden. The food was well proportioned, really good and at a better price than many other places in Copenhagen, which can generally feel like an expensive city. The waiter and waitress had very high pressure on them due to many guests at the same time, but remained professional, pleasant and service-minded all the time.
