JOE & THE JUICE København

A fairly widespread chain of stores in Copenhagen: I'd previously visited another store in a shopping mall (I don't remember the name). The decor is standard, and the food and beverage selection is equally standard. The quality of the drinks is good: I particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared fruit juice (you can choose from various fruit combinations). There's no table service, but the food and beverage reservation and delivery process is very efficient and streamlined. The staff is very friendly.

The matcha latte was so so good

You might miss the place as the outside is not its like other branches. The girl who took my order was as if she was did not like her job and was annoyed by visitors an hour to the closing time for no reason. Haven’t had that experience in other branches except for this one.

Iced matcha was very milky. I couldn't taste matcha flavor at all. The order was prepared quickly but workers were not friendly or welcoming.

Friendly staff. Very cozy inside. Nice outdoor terrace overlooking a park. Really large selection of smoothies and juices. I only wanted a carrot juice. And the 0.3-liter cup with ice cubes, which I wasn't asked for, cost 76 crowns, so more than €10! That's simply too much. Sorry. It was just carrot juice. Not even organic.

I ordered an avocado shake and waited a long time for my order. While I was waiting, I noticed that several customers who arrived after me received their drinks before I did. When I asked a staff member about my order, he handed me a drink that had been sitting on the counter. I was already late for work, so I took it and left without checking it properly. Looking at it later, the color was clearly not avocado, and after tasting it, I realized it was not the drink I had ordered. People order specific drinks for a reason, whether it's personal preference, dietary restrictions, or allergies. If I had been allergic to the ingredients in the smoothie I was given, this could have been a serious issue. The long wait, receiving the wrong order, and the lack of attention to customer orders made for a disappointing experience.

Very good sandwiches, especially the avocado and tuna ones. It's a shame they're not heated. Cool place, friendly service, and a great atmosphere. Overall, I recommend them.

Amazing place! I saw it by chance while passing by, the person at the cashier helped me and I bought the things they recommended. I definitely have to come again 😍 I had the spicy tuna.
