The first time I came one year ago they only had 2 or 3 pastries and they were all outstanding, but specially the cardamum bun was the best thing I had tried. However I came back a year later and got surprised by the average taste of the cardamum bun, maybe it was just that day but I was truly disappointed

So overhyped, it tastes like a normal Cinnabon that’s soaked in the sugary water. Definitely not anywhere near 5 stars? But it’s good ofc all cinnamon buns taste good

Incredible quality and vibe. Cardamon bun and sourdough bread are a must. Expect to queue in order to be served, but the place is worth 100%.

Siamo arrivati alle 8.30, ok c'era la coda ma lo abbiamo messo in conto, arrivati al bancone abbiamo optato per il dolce al cardamomo, quello alle mandorle e quello con crema alla vaniglia, in più ho preso 2 panini con semi di zucca e altro. Devo dire che mi aspettavo di meglio, il dolce che mi è piaciuto di più è stato quello alla vaniglia, gli altri due non mi hanno convinto, invece i panini sono molto buoni.

Bakery molto semplice , piccola ma con grande scelta sia di lievitato che di pasticceria. Pane ai cereali squisito. Ottimi sia il croissant che il pain au chocolat e il dolce con crema e lamponi. Non si trova in centro , abbiamo preso la metro per raggiungere la zona residenziale dove è ubicata e di domenica mattina abbiamo fatto verso le 10 circa 40 min di fila.

07/12/2024: Everything tasted amazing and the staff was very kind. We stayed until closing and they baked the leftover pita for us as a gift. Highly recommend for a quick but qualit dinner

09/11/2024: The boyfriend and I ate at Palæo before going to a concert, we didn't feel like traditional junk food, the boyfriend is a bit scared of greens and loves traditional junk, but I brought him to Palæo and he loved your pulled park burger, and I ate a fantastic open club wrap, d3n was mega delicious, we didn't regret choosing to visit Palæo. Pleasant atmosphere in the room, price seems to be ok, as our experience was that the raw materials were okay. We are just sad that there is no Palæo near our home, on the other side of the Vejle fjord bridge.
28/10/2024: Each dish has its own special charm. Well done!
