Queues from early in the morning, but it's worth it. If you like cardamom, the best bun, the cinnamon one is delicious, the croissant is real, it tastes like butter, and the Danish cookies, which I'm going to say are spectacular.

Fantastic! A must in Copenhagen. Everything is baked with love and real ingredients. Could have had espresso coffee, not just brewed.

We tried a lot of their pastries. It looks like a long queue but it moved by pretty fast and is definitely worth it! The cardamom bun was my personal favorite. Although all of their pastries were delicious, the thing that bothered me was that their was so much wasps inside of the bakery

We saw this place on Tiktok and didn’t even save it to our list as there was no way we were going to wait in line for a bakery. We then went to a bunch of different places and were always left just a little disappointed. We then decided to check out Juno. We came on a Saturday at around 11.30 and waited in line for about 30 minutes. The line goes around the building and it’s really nice because you can see how they are making the pastries through the window. I would say the only minus is that you can’t really see their offer before it’s your time to order so you have to decide on the spot. There are some tables outside and surprisingly they were quite empty.
We tried the vanilla custard pastry (it was incredible, the cream was really good and even just the dough was really delicate). We also got the almond croissant and omg was it delicious! I hate marzipan and usually almond croissants just taste like marzipan but this one had a pure almond nutty flavour which was simply delightful! We also got the strawberry brioche croissant and it was incredibly crispy and fresh, with just the right amount of sweetness. We also got a BMO with the seeded bread and it was such a salty great bread.
At this point in our trip we were already used to the prices in Copenhagen but this bakery shocked us! For 3 pastries, a BMO and a piece of milk bread we spent under 25€.
The only minus is they only serve filter coffee but I can imagine that if they served actual coffee, the queue would move much slower, so I actually have no complaints about that :)

The food was amazing and totally worth the wait in the long line. However, this is where I’ve felt the most uncomfortable in terms of service in CPH. The person did not wait for us to finish ordering, she left for grabing the buns for the BMO before we could select the second one, which resulted in a mistake. Even afterwards when we tried to make the correction she left immediately, so she misunderstood again. I get that they are trying to hurry because of the amount of customers, but I feel that listening once would have been more efficient in terms of time as well. I don’t think customers should feel “unwanted”, and it is especially a shame because the baked goods are exceptional.

Vale la pena buscar este lugar si estás en Copenhague.
Hay una excelente gama de productos horneados. Teníamos brioche de ruibarbo, un rollo de canela y pastel de coco más cafés. Todo estaba delicioso con el fondo glaseado crujiente de la pastelería de ruibarbo siendo el punto culminante.
También hay algunos artículos agradables para llevar, incluyendo galletas de mantequilla danesas.
Los asientos son solo afuera.

Juno si merita il premio di miglior bakery di Copenhagen. In un angolino lontano dal centro, questo piccolo forno molto frequentato dai corridori mattutini offre una selezione di prodotti a rotazione che sorprendono il palato di un semplice turista. I proprietari hanno adottato la miglior scelta possibile per un'attività di questo genere: lasciare poca scelta al cliente così da poter preparare ogni pasta con il massimo del gusto e della morbidezza possibili. La pasta al cardamomo si merita una menzione particolare: la migliore che abbia mai assaggiato, morbida e saporita; la secchezza è una caratteristica non contemplata. Oltre a questo, il servizio è molto veloce e lo spazio esterno, con pochi tavoli, restituisce un'atmosfera tranquilla e casalinga: anche il visitatore più remoto può sentirsi parte della città.
