Full plate from me! Super good service, nothing to complain about. The only downside is that they advertise "Ships the item the same day", which is not entirely true. I've ordered twice now, and Postnord only receives the package 2-3 days after ordering. But they still get 5/5. Huge assortment!

Super service. Fast delivery. Got the wrong item and after I wrote to customer service, the correct item was immediately sent. Absolute favorite place for equipment and fluids. Looking forward to my next order.

Placed an order on 1 April. It says 1-2 days delivery time. Today, the 3rd, I still haven't received the tracking number from gls, despite the ones yesterday. April 2 said the package would be shipped the same day. I have written to customer service and called. Nothing has happened. I think it's too bad when you spend DKK 1000 on tobacco and then nothing happens.

Ordered something from there about 3 weeks ago. It was within the timeframe that it would be shipped the same day. Unfortunately, that didn't happen, so I called the owner and asked if it was a mistake and he apologized and I got it the next day (a Saturday). I think the service was great after I got hold of them, and have therefore ordered again today. Thanks for the good prices on your website! Now I can't wait to go on a trip to Germany 😁
