Placed an order on 1 April. It says 1-2 days delivery time. Today, the 3rd, I still haven't received the tracking number from gls, despite the ones yesterday. April 2 said the package would be shipped the same day. I have written to customer service and called. Nothing has happened. I think it's too bad when you spend DKK 1000 on tobacco and then nothing happens.

Ordered something from there about 3 weeks ago. It was within the timeframe that it would be shipped the same day. Unfortunately, that didn't happen, so I called the owner and asked if it was a mistake and he apologized and I got it the next day (a Saturday). I think the service was great after I got hold of them, and have therefore ordered again today. Thanks for the good prices on your website! Now I can't wait to go on a trip to Germany 😁

Super good service, free taste sample to take home, no one would take the kindness, and on the other hand, I also find it remarkable that the bad comments that have come about this company all have reasons that simply do not hold water. Go into the store and have a good experience because, damn - fine fine I'm very happy and will 100% come again

remember to write that delivery is 1-3 weekdays and not just days.
