Kabyssen Skagen havn Frederikshavn

Place "serve yourself" style. It's pretty nice and clean, at good location (the port) and free parking nearby. The food was fine and fresh (we ordered fish and chips) and relatively cheap. But the dish size is accordingly not large. Frankly speaking we ate better versions of this in other places.

We stopped at this restaurant on the harbor to try some local dishes and were very pleased. We tried Stjerneskud, Fiskefrikadeller, Rejemad, Fish & Chips, and Sprøde Løgringe. All very good. For four people, including a beer, a Pepsi, and two waters, we spent 763 kroner; the portions weren't generous.

We've been eating there for many years. Unfortunately, the menu has changed drastically since the change of ownership. The herring specialties we used to enjoy are no longer available. A shame. The "Sternschnuppe" (shooting star) was very good again.

Nice place with a view of the harbor, simple decor but good food. We had fish and chips. Super fresh and with two kinds of sauce. Friendly service in extremely good English.

Very nice, they brought it to the table. I can highly recommend them.

The food was not worth the money. Canteen food at restaurant prices. In addition, there was a mistake in the order. So a burger ordered without onions came with lots of onions. But of course I was also called a nuisance when I ordered it

Their food is really good and freshly prepared, but a fish and chips for 139 kr., where there are only 3 small pieces of fish the size of chicken nuggets, is theft in broad daylight.

There were 3 of us eating at the restaurant. When asked if our dog could come in, it was a very friendly yes. The staff also came down and greeted the dog

A lovely and delicious way to end a day spent exploring the North Sea/Baltic Sea. Highly recommended for schnitzel lovers as well.

The fish tasted okay, without any wow factor, so one less star. In a port city, I expected better fish. The burgers were very tasty, as was the cutlet. The portions were truly enormous.
