Large but cozy restaurant. With sand on the floor to give a nice beach atmosphere

The food was okay. The service was friendly. We wouldn't eat there again; there are better options nearby.

I'm fully aware that you're essentially paying for the ambiance here. Nevertheless, I find €75 for a vegetarian dish and a fish dish with two drinks more than steep. The only vegetarian dish on the lunch menu is barely enough for an appetizer. The price-to-value ratio is completely off. The parking lot is a few meters away. Of course, it's also subject to a fee.

Very nice and charming fish restaurant with sand on the floor and a relaxed atmosphere. There were a lot of people, but the young staff was friendly and gave a good welcome. The fish was very good and well cooked. An extra plus is that both dogs and children are welcome. However, it can be a bit crowded and difficult to get around with a walker. Overall, a restaurant we would happily recommend.

Iconic place in Skagen. Nice price level, good food. Poor service, no shade on a very sunny day and way too loud music.

Wednesday in week 29 was a great experience with a fantastic atmosphere, live music and dancing guests. Before the music started, we had plenty of opportunity to sit quietly with our food and talk. When the music started, the party started and everyone danced and sang.

Very expensive for what it is and the service is rude. We asked for a tasting platter as a shared appetizer, but it arrived with the main courses. We received mussels without fries and ordered salmon with asparagus, but it came with broccoli. When we pointed this out, they simply said it was listed incorrectly on the menu. The coffee wasn't really hot either. Only expensive bottles of wine were available. The least friendly service we have ever experienced in Denmark. We will not be returning here.
