From start to finish, we were transported into a world of absolute perfection. Lea, our charming hostess, made our experience unforgettable with her attentive service. Sous-chef Pancho also impressed us with his expert advice and engaging conversations. The ambiance at Kadeau, a harmonious blend of dark hues and wood elements, created an inviting and warm atmosphere. Particularly noteworthy is the open kitchen, which allowed us to watch the chefs meticulously prepare the dishes. A detail that makes the experience at Kadeau unparalleled is the fact that many ingredients come from their own garden, a rarity in today’s culinary landscape. This connection to nature and the care with which the ingredients are selected are reflected in every bite, lending the menu an extraordinary freshness and authenticity. From the moment we arrived until our last interaction at the end of the night, we were treated to the finest hospitality and outstanding service from friendly and highly skilled individuals operating as a team. The food was full of surprises. We were intrigued by the restaurant's connection to their own garden, local sourcing, seasonality, and native ingredients- so much so that we decided to go with the non-alcoholic beverage pairings. The juices were well crafted and mindfully crafted. Although not all of them totally resonated with us, we appreciated the successful ones tremendously. The meal truly just got better and better, and the service more personalized as the night continued and evolved. No detail was overlooked and no "stone" left unturned. Thank you for a truly one of a kind experience!

Interesting take on preserved ingredients ! Raw sweet shrimps, smoked trout , maitake mushroom pork jowl tart were so delicious! Wine list here was great too ! Many rare wines unavailable in Asia
