Cozy coffee shop in the middle of Hillerød with a relaxed atmosphere and delicious, organic homemade breakfast. Every morning they offer freshly baked buns, croissants, oatmeal and a good selection of panini, sandwiches, salads and cakes. The coffee is freshly brewed and roasted to perfection - really good! Perfect place for a quiet start to the day or a break in the city.

The coffee and sandwiches are excellent, the place is beautiful and welcoming and the staff friendly.

A wonderful place to eat and drink! We had desum bread with Serrano ham and a kind of cow's milk brie with jam. It was delicious! And the service was very friendly 😃

Absolutely loved this place. We grabbed coffees to go and some cinnamon rolls to enjoy by the water, then came back later for four paninis to eat on the drive home. The service was fantastic—staff let us know up front it would be 15–20 minutes because the café was packed. It ended up being about 25 minutes, which was totally reasonable, and the paninis were perfect and really well packed. As I was walking out, one of the staff even ran after me with three of the tastiest chocolate–almond pastries as an apology for the wait. Thoughtful, friendly, and delicious—highly recommended.
