The first time we were here for my daughter's birthday on July 17, 2026, it was a success. We had called in advance and agreed that we could bring small flags that they could decorate the plate with. And everything went beyond expectations. They brought a piece of cake with candles for my daughter and the service was top notch even though there were some mistakes and shortcomings. They fixed it and everything went well. My other daughter wanted the same experience on her birthday and that's why we came back here today. First of all, we are told that we have to wait 20 minutes because they have closed brunch orders because they have too many orders. Which in itself is very frustrating especially for my two girls who haven't eaten and are therefore hungry. I ask if they have flags and they don't, nor any birthday candles. I then try to explain (to him who we think is the boss) that my daughter's birthday is today and that we were here a few weeks ago and she got cake with candles etc. on the house bill to which he says they don't have anything. When we get our brunch a male waiter overhears that it's her birthday and comes with a bowl of soft ice cream and says happy birthday etc to her which was a really nice surprise for her. The Coffee House is definitely worth a visit! They serve a really delicious brunch at very friendly prices, and the quality is always top notch. The staff is sweet and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Their desserts and drinks are amazing and never disappoint 😋 they are both beautiful, tasty and made with care. I will definitely come again and can highly recommend the Coffee House to anyone who loves good food and a cozy atmosphere.

It's a fantastic place, a must-visit when you come to Copenhagen.
