My family and I attended the ‘social dinning’ experience (last week). Experience was pleasant. The drinks and food were very nice. Service was good, nice setting and ambience.

We've stayed here for several years now and it's absolutely great. Not cheap by any means, but fab. Washing machine in the apartments is a god send 😊

We had lunch. Delicious open sandwiches, not so big, but very delicate. Cozy surroundings.

Fantastic communal dining experience. The food was excellent and the company at dinner was fun and lively.

A bit spartan, run by a group of hard-working guys, it's nice and worth it, convenient to the city center without breaking the bank. Then there's the community dinner. An experience that's worth the trip. Unique. For this alone it deserves 6 stars! I'll be back.

An absolute stroke of luck. We felt completely at home – everything was perfectly thought out. The entire team is simply fantastic, the hotel is incredibly tastefully and authentically decorated, the rooms are very spacious, and the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. We also participated in the social dining during our stay – fantastic. We can only warmly recommend the hotel and would return anytime.

We stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed 2 times social dinner . This was the interesting experience during our trip . We met a couple from Ireland , 2nd time, we sit together with local family and had pleasure conversation with them!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Everything was perfect, so wonderfully decorated, comfy beds and all homemade food at breakfast. Couldn’t fault the staff who were so helpful and friendly. We cannot wait to return!

We stayed here for four nights in February 2025, in the I Madsen apartment. That suite is one large kitchen/dining/living room, with a separate very large bedroom and sitting room, and shower/sink/toilet, laundry room, walk-in closet. Exceptional value and preternaturally friendly and helpful staff. The package that we got is an off-season thing, but it included breakfast (coffee, fresh rolls, cheese, soft-boiled egg, and Heavenly yogurt with granola) and their social dinners. These are family-style dinners served in their main dining room. You and your party will share a table with another party (often to your left and your right). The dinner begins with an orientation from the staff and the chef announces what is on the menu that night (they are good about collecting allergen information beforehand). Then the food is brought out on large platters. The idea is that the Danish speakers at the table will translate for the non-Danish speakers, and everyone gets to know one another. The bed was fantastic and comfortable, with soft feather duvets. The full kitchen was great because we were able to cook lots of meals and snacks and on one evening, order in food but have it around a private dining room table. Again, I will mention the staff - they seem wholly dedicated to everyone enjoying themselves and getting what they need or want.
