Amazingly tasty food and wonderful service. Perfect for a date! I tried lots of sushi in my life, and this was clearly in the top.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at an exceptional sushi restaurant, and it left an unforgettable impression. From the moment I arrived, the ambiance set a perfect tone—elegant yet cozy, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed yet refined dining experience. The sushi presentation was visually stunning. The first plate I sampled was an assortment of nigiri, each piece perfectly formed and topped with fresh fish. The vibrant orange of the salmon, the deep red of the tuna, and the delicate garnishing of microgreens and herbs showed an attention to detail that was equally matched by the taste. Each piece of nigiri melted in my mouth, with flavors that were delicate and harmonious. Moving on to another dish, I was greeted with an artistic spread of sushi topped with a variety of colorful ingredients, including radish slices and salmon roe. The combination of flavors was balanced beautifully, with a subtle sweetness from the glaze and a hint of umami that made each bite more enjoyable than the last. Finally, the evening was complemented by a bottle of Meursault 2022, an exquisite pairing that enhanced the overall experience. The wine's subtle richness paired beautifully with the delicate flavors of the sushi, providing a seamless balance to the meal. The freshness of the ingredients, combined with the skillful preparation and elegant presentation, made this dining experience truly exceptional. One of the best sushi experiences to date! The food was top shelf. The service could have been better, they forgot 2 chilli mayo and when we asked for them, we were allowed to pay for 4 - not the worst that could happen, but a bit unfortunate. What was missing was a small introduction when you sat down, as well as an introduction to the food you got. All in all, a really good and pleasant experience, which can clearly be recommended

Best sushi we have had in Denmark so fare. They have taken the rolls you know and added their own twist to it, it’s absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to come back and spoil our tastebuds again.

Nice atmosphere. Top notch service. I had maki and I usually eat them straight out of the fridge, there they were close to room temperature. Afterwards, it's a matter of taste
