Upscale restaurant with excellent service and no pre-selected tables. Terrace or indoor seating. Typical Danish cuisine. Very pleasant staff, fast service. Excellent food.

I went to eat at the Kronborg restaurant, which was full. The friendly waiter recommended this restaurant to me! It was a pleasant surprise!

Very friendly staff and a waiter with a good sense of humor who was discreet but attentive to our orders. Fantastic sandwiches and good drinks which were recommended on the menu and by the waiter.

Thanks to the recommendations of the chef and waiters, we tried some amazing local food and drinks. We were highly impressed that the chef visited our table a few times to tell us about their culture and the stories behind the dishes. A must-visit spot in Copenhagen for me!

07/08/2026: I first visited Kalaset in 2023, and now I’ve returned again in 2026. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to make me the same dish I enjoyed on my first visit. Even though my daughter asked for a lunch dish outside the usual time, they didn’t hesitate to prepare it for her. The food was just as amazing as I remembered, and every one of us loved our meal. It’s wonderful to see that the quality, service, and hospitality have remained consistently excellent over the years. We’ll definitely be back💗💗💗
