Taste-wise, Kabbro beats most within a mile. What makes them lose a star is that some of the employees don't change their gloves often enough which has led to several unfortunate toilet trips. I won't be back.

We had a falafel and a halloumidurüm. The bread was delicious and the employees were very friendly. The fact that we didn't speak Danish wasn't a problem.

Great falafel, big portion in pita, various salads and sauces

Systematized durum review: • The bread (0-3 points). The bread is homemade and is made completely fresh on a bread pan, just like at Durum Symfoni. 3 points. • The salad (cucumber, tomato, lettuce and onion) (0-2 points). The salad is fresh and cut into meaningful pieces. 2 points. • Free additional side dishes (eg red cabbage, hummus, taboula) (0-1 point). You get free hummus. 1 point. • The meat (0-5 points). The meat is shawarma (dark) and you can see they marinate it themselves. It is grilled fresh on a roll. The meat is probably a mixture of lamb and beef, but I can't taste the lamb very much. Also, I would have liked the meat to be more spicy. 4.5 points. • Chile (0-2 points). Finally a place that has good strength in its chili!🌶️ It's a little too sour for my taste (more like hot sauce than chili oil). 1.5 points. • The dressing (0-2 points). Mild and fresh. As it should be. 2 points. • Service (0-1 point). Welcoming and friendly. 1 point. • The price (0-4 points, where 4 points are DKK 25-35, 3 points are DKK 35-50, 2 points are DKK 50-65 and 1 point is over DKK 65). The price was DKK 65, so the place gets 2 points. • Other comments: I didn't get to see that you can get an Arabic shawarma, where you get pomegranate syrup, garlic dressing and a homemade dressing AND have it toasted. Few places make it, and it usually tastes great. Must try next time🌟 Total = 17/20 points

Delicious and full of fillings. Many vegetables and meat. Satisfying!
