In the charming café next to a mill, you can enjoy a variety of dishes both indoors and outdoors – delicious sandwiches, ice cream, homemade cakes, and much more. We were there for brunch – one tiered serving tray is more than enough for two people. Since this location is also popular with locals for various celebrations, reservations are definitely recommended for brunch.

We've been going there regularly for the past few years and love the café, the location, and the food. I would always give it 5 stars. However, what has really bothered me, especially this year, is that the dishes are so often chipped or broken. We already received broken teapots last year (both in the spout and the large hole at the top) – which was annoying then, and we were worried that ceramic shards might fall into the tea – but this year, on four visits (one for breakfast, one for Hofmeister's brunch for four people, and two for coffee and cake for three people), the teapot was broken every single time, and each time there were broken ceramic plates and cups on the table. Once, even a champagne glass arrived with a crack! A chipped or cracked plate or cup can happen occasionally, but in a café that's a ceramics café with its own production, that should be an absolute exception, not the norm as it has been this year! At a Hofmeister brunch for four people, two of the tiered serving trays were chipped. For us, a lovely meal in such a beautiful setting simply includes undamaged dishes; it's a matter of respecting both the products and the guests. Especially considering the not-so-low prices. We hope that by next year, this broken crockery will be replaced with beautiful pieces from their own workshop!

The ceramics café is by far one of the most beautiful and cozy cafés I've ever been to! Very comfortably furnished. The garden was equally beautiful. A very large selection of food. Very friendly staff.

A very cute café, charmingly decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and the food was delicious. We had two kinds of sourdough rolls (they were divine), cake, and coffee. Oat milk is also available. We were very happy with our visit.
