Really good restaurant with delicious food and good service. Possibility of a wine menu. Price in the middle range.

We had dinner at KÖD Copenhagen, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and intimate — dim lighting, cozy seating down in the cellar, and a calm buzz of conversation that made it feel relaxed yet refined. I ordered the striploin steak with fries, Caesar salad, bearnaise sauce, and bread — everything was spot on. The steak was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor, while the fries were crisp and golden. The Caesar salad added a fresh balance, and the bearnaise was smooth, rich, and perfectly seasoned. Service was friendly and professional without being intrusive, and the pacing of the meal felt just right. It’s the kind of place where you can truly unwind and enjoy quality food in a beautiful setting. We’ll definitely be back — highly recommended for anyone who loves a proper steakhouse experience in Copenhagen.

Delicious place to visit, really accommodating staff, a clear menu, just super easy.

A slightly special arrangement where parties are placed in the basement. We got the table furthest from the stairs, which was a bit of a challenge as we had a guest with walking difficulties. Fortunately, the staff was attentive and guided the person to a more convenient route. The food was good, but it seemed like there was a bit of understaffing. The drinks came drip by drip (ha ha), and the meat was served long before the side dishes. Our location also made it difficult for the staff to keep an eye on us, which was a bit of a shame.

We were there for the Sunday roast – a kind of "all you can eat" with tri-tip (ordered either medium or well-done), salad, and French fries. All in all, it was an experience – the meat was good for the price – just like a burger should be. The salad was very tasty, and the fries were good too. The noise level was okay – people are obviously happy to take advantage of the specials, and the place was accordingly busy. The service was also good and very friendly – ​​although the quality could still be improved in terms of attentiveness.

This was my first visit, so I didn’t get to try all of their meals and options. Overall, the experience was okay. We had the menu with meat, sides, and dessert included. The atmosphere was quite noisy, which made it difficult to hear each other at the table. The meat was fine, but in my opinion not particularly special for the price — it reminded me of steak you could buy at a supermarket. Some dishes felt unbalanced in flavor. For example, the mozzarella dish tasted quite bland, while the balsamic vinegar on top was very strong. On the other hand, the corn ribs were a big hit with the others at my table, and I personally thought the fries were good. We tried two of the three sauces for the steaks: the wine sauce and the pepper sauce. The wine sauce had good flavor but was a little overpowering, while the pepper sauce didn’t match the style of pepper sauces I’ve had elsewhere and had an unusual aftertaste. The highlight of the meal for me was the dessert — the crème brûlée was excellent, and the ice cream was also very good. One small note: the men’s bathroom design felt impractical, as the placement of the urinals made it awkward to use.

One of the absolute best restaurant experiences I've ever been to! Incredibly good food and friendly staff. The only thing to complain about was that the water they brought out over and over again without asking if we wanted more cost several hundred when we looked at the bill later.

Delicious food and good service, we had tuna tartar with a glass of Pinot grigio and meat tartar as a main course, all super delicious. Karina, our attached waiter, made the evening a super good experience and had a great knowledge of the wine list.
