The place was really cozy and the food was delicious. It was the best meat I have ever eaten, I chose the Meat Explorer where you got Japanese a4 wagyu, tenderloin from Uruguay and ribeye from Uruguay too. The meat was fantastic and the experience was perfect. We finished with a lava cake for dessert and it was like the icing on the cake. Update 25/04 Went to Meat again yesterday. And it was a fantastic experience, again. Ribeye from Uruguay is a must try. Corn ribs, mushrooms, truffle fries, burrata and tomato, I could go on, the food was perfect, the service was top, the atmosphere was cozy, all in all it was just perfect.

We came here with our family based on a recommendation. The baby high chair was a bit dirty, but the staff were very attentive and friendly. We ordered the dry-aged Uruguayan tenderloin from the daily menu and the sauces and sides served with the meat were very delicious. The prices are above average, but overall we were satisfied.

Visited KØD Vesterbrogade at Easter. We ordered their signature menu and wine menu. It is definitely recommended. The most delicious tartar and the most tender tenderloin, and the softest Creme Brülee. The service was absolutely top class. The Jydernes are imported 💪 Definitely 5 stars from here 🤩

Really delicious place, with exciting appetizers, very tasty main courses and good desserts. The service was good, fast and polite. There is the possibility to order a multi-course menu, or individual dishes. Good selection of drinks, and the possibility for small and large parties. It is loud in the first floor you get to, but still possible to have a quiet conversation

We had a truly wonderful experience. The food was excellent, with the carpaccio standing out for its freshness and flavor, and the steak was cooked to perfection—exactly as we asked. A special mention goes to our waiter, Peter, who was incredibly polite and attentive. Everything he recommended from the menu was absolutely delicious, and it was clear he really knew his job well. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience that we will definitely remember!

Best steak I've eaten in a long time! A lot of fries, and a lot of sauce served alongside in a sauce beak. Very nice atmosphere and a pleasant staff.

If you can stand a massive level of dust then I definitely still recommend KöD but if you enjoy being able to hear the people you are out with then this is probably not the place for you. Some of the best meat I have ever tasted and some extremely delicious sides and cocktails but yes the noise level ruins it a bit for me unfortunately

29/12/2025: We had Sunday Roast with 3 servings of meat which was of very warming quality. Oh my! The side dishes were absolutely fine. Our waiter was incredibly unengaged, spoke so softly that she was a shadow of herself and almost impossible to get in touch with. After previous visits we had really looked forward to Sunday Roast with meat ad libitum, but oh my they couldn't live up to that.
18/12/2025: It was rather busy for a Wednesday evening but it is the Xmas season, so that explains that. I think we unfortunately received under their own standard service. I’ve dined here numerous times and the service is usually much better, the food as well. We had some starters and entrees with wine, drinks and a beer. As mentioned above, we have both dined here before, where the food was much better. Köd usually serves bread with some kind of whipped butter right after you receive your drinks. I guess they forgot us because after seeing others receive it, we asked, they came several minutes later. I guess they felt it was urgent to put utensils on a empty table and take bread to several other tables before finally bringing some to us. Then max 30 seconds later the appetizers came right on top of the bread we just received. When ordering a glass of wine for the steaks, my friend asked for several different specific types but ended up going for beer because it wasn’t possible by the glass. Kinda weird considering wine goes with steak and they can’t always expect people to guy a whole bottle. The tacos were really good, the highlight of the food. The avocado tuna was just okay. The steaks also just okay. The tenderloin a little on the smaller side. Sides came several minutes after the steaks. Unlucky for us and for them. The plus, good tacos, nice enough atmosphere, clean bathroom, though they need to change the toilet seat to match the toilet. This type of restaurant it shouldn’t look like this. The negative bad service and subpar steaks. Will I come back. It won’t be my first choice but I would probably give it a chance.

14/12/2025: This review is for Return downstairs. We had read about a "cozy atmosphere" downstairs, but the reality was a bit jarring—it felt more like a bunker. Compounding this, the room was very loud, primarily from groups having their meals before a night of partying. The advertised fine dining experience also fell short. The promised carefully chosen wine pairing for the three-course menu was simplified to a suggestion to just stick with one red wine, with the candid reason that the others were "boring." The initial experience definitely missed the mark on the high-quality, quiet night we had hoped for.
13/12/2025: We were 6 people, all our adult children and us - phenomenal, nothing less! We will come again!
