KOI Sushi Odense

There are only a few sushi restaurants in Odense and many of them are not very good unfortunately. Among all the sushi places Koi was our favorite so far in terms of quality the range of sushi and the atmosphere. They have a relatively good selection of sushis. We were quite happy with some of our orders although sime felt a little lack of taste but there were alright in terms of freshness and quality. We also like the paper rolls as they were fresh and alright in taste too. Service was fine and we were served just in time and the staffs were welcoming too. The decorations are quite good and modern and feels like a great place to eat sushi! Overall we were happy with our choices although some improvement in taste and presentation of the food could be considered by the chef.

Really nice decor and ok service. We thought the appetizers were mostly good, but their sushi unfortunately lacked a lot of flavor 🤷🏽‍♀️

Very good food with a nice atmosphere and knowledgeable and helpful staff. The concept of ordering different dishes every quarter of an hour was exciting and we managed to have many different dishes. The sushi at KOI was the best I have ever eaten.

We had a wonderful experience with Tsvetomir as our waiter! Really delicious food and AMAZING service. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great place. Super delicious sushi. Nice decor. They have received some criticism for long wait times, that was by no means the case when we were there

Really nice food, but really disappointing that we only managed to order 3 times… Even though the restaurant wasn't full they were "busy", I didn't think it was good enough to order and get your sushi etc. 30-40 minutes later… especially when there is a 2 hour time limit. They were kind enough to add a free Faxe condi but it's still not good enough that it takes that long.

FANTASTIC food, and great service and staff - unfortunately we think it's EVERYTHING before dark, in most of the restaurant - we asked if there was a possibility for us to sit at the window end, and they quickly arranged that 🥳❤️❤️

We ordered “All you can eat” sushi, but the way it works and the dishes here are quite different from other “all you can eat” sushi restaurants. Even though the staff and the chefs behind the counter are all Danish, the sushi tastes very authentic sometimes even better than typical Japanese style sushi.
