Super cozy castle where you can go exploring and feel the rush of history, can be recommended, but not for those who want modern and everything in tip top, so find another place, but if you love history and coziness then this is really the place 🥰

Lovely romantic accommodation with 3-course menu and breakfast. The staff were so nice and we were so lucky they are decorating for Christmas and are clearly going all in. Fantastically beautiful atmosphere in the restaurant, cozy in the corridors and the red living room was like a Christmas time warp. The atmosphere and style are old-fashioned in the perfect way - you are in a genuine castle.

Det gode først. Fine værelser med gode senge, fint og smagsfuldt indrettet. Men stedet virker generalt forsømt, poolen var det værste, det var muggent og vandet var ekstremt kold. Der var ikke særlig indbydende, en stor skuffelse for vores børn. Lidt hård sagt så virkede det som en vis film-scene fra mænd og høns.

26/03/2024: One of the incredible 26 hotels in Danske Hoteller, where I, as a shareholder, have enjoyed every stay for many years. In all hotels - have visited / stayed at 18 of them, the staff are exceptional with smiles, their hearts are in the right place. The physical setting, rooms and food are impressive. This also applies to the price level. This year the trip goes again for a lovely Easter stay from 270324 - 290324 at Hotel Søparken. I'm looking forward to it again... again.

Kancelligaarden Cafe og Brasserie

11/02/2024: We ate there twice during our vacation last year. We were given a really nice welcome there with our dog. The food was delicious and the service was very good. We had the 5-course menu once and the price was worth it. We can only recommend it and will definitely come back on our next vacation.
