Amazing building! Very friendly and helpful staff. Per Kirkeby: magically beautiful. Elina Brotherus: quite eccentric. Stina Goya: calm and melancholic. Alex Da Corte: also eccentric, but cool.

Interesting exhibitions with a diversity of themes and medium. The person at the reception was very kind and welcoming. You can also taste some Danish cakes at the Brasserie downstairs as a nice afternoon snack.

I'm not a fan of modern art, but I really enjoyed the museum. It's a shame there are no commentary in German. A visit is highly recommended.

Dream-like solar system exhibition by Esben Weile Kjær. Collapsed stars become giant diamonds one day filled with remnants of the past. Giant rats in bling-bling and cold damp concrete bunkers. Monuments of the old world. Must see. 💚

12/01/2026: The sushi is as sushi should be.. The service is more than luxury.. The place is particularly cozy.. Truly Aalborg's best place to eat Sushi
10/01/2026: Overall we had a really good experience, but it was a bit disturbing that the Wolt delivery guys repeatedly came in to pick up food and stood around the area. They filled up quite a bit while we were sitting and eating, which took away from the otherwise good atmosphere.
