Bit small but nice. Very good garden. 3/5 bathroom, unremarkable

Interesting museum, the best part is the Picasso exhibition, but it is not permanent.

The quality of the exhibitions was quite spoiled by the experience that followed. After visiting, I wanted to sit for a while and have a drink. I was very surprised to hear that this was not possible because I hadn't booked a table in advance. Even though it was just for a quick drink, we weren't even allowed to order tea and drink it at one of the tables outside the restaurant in the hallway. Many other visitors received the same rejection, including several elderly people who surely needed to sit down and have a drink even more than I did. I felt bad for the young lady managing the reservations, as she had to turn away so many people. The only alternative would have been the outdoor kiosk that sells drinks and snacks, but despite it being Sunday, it was closed. I have visited many museums in Denmark, and this is the first one where you have to book a table just to get a cup of tea!

This is a great place to spend a morning or afternoon, especially now (until September 2026) with an exhibition of Picasso's later works on display. Families with children will enjoy the outdoor area with its lovely fountain. There's also a restaurant there. The museum shop is also worth a visit, offering a wide variety of unusual items.

Beautiful museum. Alver Aalto's museum has been respectfully restored. The Late Picasso exhibition is highly recommended.

Lovely day at Kunsten. Buy a ticket in advance if you want a day ticket for public transport.

Always worth a visit but Pablo Picasso was really good. Very nice to read his story and the film was also nice.

One of Aalborg's cultural gems. Beautiful Alvar Alto architecture that creates the optimal lighting for changing exhibitions of international quality. The park with occasional concerts, lectures, etc. is a popular and relaxed extension of the museum. Brasseri Kunsten serves high-class dishes. The more time you spend visiting, the more you take home.
