12/09/2025: We came on Sunday where there was plenty of space. The waiter with the fresh Copenhagen cowboy look agreed to turn down the background music so we could have madro. For starters I had "pulpo with nectarine harissa & grilled "kimchi"". An exciting combination, where the kimchi had a nice sour contrast to the discreet harissa. On the other hand, the thin slices of pulpo didn't taste of anything - could vinegar and maybe a little spice have made the difference? - My main course, "Monkfish with pumpkin, pickled mushrooms, cabbage & velouté of fried chicken with butter" was delicate throughout, and the sauce, with palm cabbage and Hokkaido, was absolutely fantastic with an aftertaste I can almost still feel. - As you can understand from the descriptions on the menu, a lot has been experimented with and made of the food. So you can hardly complain that the prices are then - here is the opportunity for the gastronomic experience.
