Service remains friendly. Unfortunately, the layer cake house is developing more in the direction of fast food and remote control.. I feel it is more of a bread sale and not a local bakery in Haderslev, it is slowly being lost. The bread is still good.

I don't know exactly where to start and end. But then the 3rd time this year within even the same time period between 12 noon and 2 hours before closing time. 80% of all dry cakes in a quality and quantity that does not endear the place in any way. Unfortunately, this means that the place stands out like what Guldhorn in Vojens and several other places did before they had to close and switch off permanently. The cleanliness and order of the counter, of a character not worthy of description. When you come in the morning everything seems to be in the best order. But as soon as the clock has passed 11.40 something here happens in a negative way, which I have observed over the last 12 customer visits in this calendar year.

I love coming to the busy store. Take my ticket, practice my bad Danish and get fresh bread/ rolls and look at the cakes, finally choosing one. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Used to go to the ones in London then since 2019, here.
