This is probably the best bakery I have visited in my life. I work in sales and travel all over Germany and Denmark where I search for the best bakery’s to buy some lunch and this is by far the best. I have been here 5/6 times this year and everything I have tried is just delicious you can tell they are true craftsmen and care about what they’re selling tastes incredible.This is a must try in Kolding. I live around 100km away and is worth driving to just for their almond croissants.

This is baking artistry! The Viking rolls are absolutely delicious, and the sourdough spelt rolls are simply irresistible. The selection is extensive and beautifully presented in the display case, which offers a view into the bakery behind it. This contributes to a lovely, cozy atmosphere. The cardamom swirls are highly recommended, as has been mentioned in so many previous reviews.

I came in unpretentious just to buy bread and what a great surprise. This might be over ofv the best bakeries I have ever been to. Try the 🧁🎉

The nut rolls and the Viking bread are fantastic! We'll definitely be back!

We were looking for lunch sandwiches and were not disappointed here. We even got some pastries. Everything was delicious. I tried the Kardamomme Snurre which was mentioned in other post and I need to admit it was outstanding. Would come back for it again.

Wow! A fantastic bakery with everything you could wish for, and then some 😇 Friendly service and a great atmosphere. It's very busy, though, which of course speaks to the quality.

Saw reviews of this place and was curious. We stopped for a coffee and we were blown away! We had the cardamom swirl, cinnamon snail and banana bread with mocha cream and salted cola cream, magical! The coffee was also fantastic! A plus was that they had small bites to taste of different pastries for all of us with decision anxiety before everything delicious 😊
