Called late on a Sunday evening, 30 minutes before they closed when my girlfriend and I had been hit by the so-called late-night cravings, and the choice fell on sushi from M sushi. And precisely because we are those annoying customers who have a semi-large order placed at the rudest hour of the night, I thought it would be a good idea to call in advance and ask if it was possible for the kitchen. When I call, I get the absolutely sweetest and not least the most patient employee on the phone, Eva. Even though I called just before closing time, she still made sure I felt like she had all the time in the world to go through my cumbersome requirements, and made a virtue of getting it 100% correct. In general, an insanely good service and professionalism throughout. What completes the experience for me is that it is the same employee I spoke to who also comes by with the food, and when I look in the bag they have done so well that they have made some extra pieces of sushi with the rest of the fish there were leftovers (which proves that they don't favor food waste, clearly + points), and threw a hell of a lot of extra soy in the bag. It's the little things that make a world of difference, and that's why my warmest recommendations go to these hard-working and dedicated people at M sushi ❤️🫶🏼
