A really nice evening at Madindustrien. The food was beautifully arranged, the flavors coordinated and a welcoming and service-minded staff who knew about wines and flavor notes that could complement the individual dishes. The atmosphere was relaxed and cozy and the restaurant was understandably very popular! A perfect prelude to a further trip in the city or to the theatre. Although the weather did not invite outdoor living, I am looking forward to experiencing the charming courtyard one day when the sun gains more power. All in all, a top experience - well-prepared food, delicious ingredients and a sympathetic staff. We will definitely come again! We completely forgot to take pictures of the starter and dessert... but they TASTED 👌🏻😋

Dining week 12/2-25. Excellent three-course meal, just to my heart's content. Everything tasted fantastic, and a delicious balance between fine details and the classic. The pace of servings and service also right in the cupboard. Was also nice to give a little tip back after I didn't pronounce the amount clearly enough 😅💰

3 super tasty seasonal dishes with 3 selected wines. Cozy atmosphere with pleasant and friendly service. A delicious drink to bring home. We will come again

This was my first visit to the Food Industry and it will not be the last. The food was super delicious and tasted really good. The staff were very pleasant and service minded.

Fremragende sæsonmenu. Yderst velsmagende. Betjening helt i top. Eneste ting der kan undre er at tilbehør til hovedret ikke er med i prisen.

Aftenens efterårsmenu hos Madindustrien (som vi fik til ‘en skarp pris’, som en af de søde tjenere formulerede det) bød på svampetoast, rosastegt kalvekød med selleripuré & brun sauce samt æble i flere teksturer. De 3 retter smagte glimrende, råvarerne var behandlet med omhu - og for os kjøwenhawnere var det som at blive transmogryffet tilbage til 80’erne. Følelsen blev forstærket i løbet af aftenen, hvor en playliste med de største soft 80’er-hits gradvist blev mere og mere hørbar. Pludselig kunne man næsten bilde sig ind, at man var ung igen. Som sagt, alt sammen var vældigt hyggeligt og i orden, ingen klager eller beske kommentarer herfra - men mon ikke det snart var på tide at rykke et par årtier frem. Frem til de sprøde grøntsager, frækkere krydderier, world cuisine…?

Restaurant Nögen

01/02/2025: Just a real pleasure every time! We have now visited Nögen in Vejle 3 times. It is always a new experience, as the menu changes on a weekly basis. You are always positively surprised by the good atmosphere and the many smiling faces you meet. The service is top notch and the food is a gastronomic highlight! Whether you want wine, juice or cocktails for your menu, this is also top notch, and the waiters have a complete grasp of what they are talking about. The restaurant has a focus on sustainability and reducing food waste, by basing the menus on items that others don't necessarily want or that have to be discarded due to appearance. For example by-catch, date product, surplus product, alternative cuts and seasonal produce. Even if we have to drive all the way from Roskilde to Vejle, we will definitely come again!
