A little pearl in the middle of Fredericia with smiling and good service and super delicious food. We got Wiener Schnitzel and the Austrian original Beilagensalat. For everyone who has been on holiday in Austria and knows about salads with pumpkin seed oil, I don't need to say more. If you haven't tasted it, stop by Mair's and try their salad. Heavenly!

Delightful restaurant, friendly and smiling waitress. We had to wait a little to have lunch but there was a table of about ten people in front of us and since they prepare everything fresh it was normal to wait. The cream soup was delicious and the salad accompanied by potatoes and vegetable bean burger was very tasty!! Well done 😋 We were able to have lunch outside because it was a beautiful day

Nous devions nous rendre dans le street food juste en face quand nous avons préféré venir dans cet endroit beaucoup plus cosy. Schnitzel et osso bucco vraiment d’une qualité… 👌🏼 Les viandes étaient délicieuses et tendres. Les accompaniments parfaits ! À tester sans hésiter !

Una selección bastante simple de buena comida recién hecha, una corta carta de vinos y un buen servicio. De hecho, estaba a la altura de nuestras expectativas en una noche de semana en Fredericia

10/04/2025: Delicious food nicely arranged and nice and pleasant service.
10/03/2025: Participated in a company event with approx. 45 people, and we were therefore the only ones in the restaurant that evening. Initially, some bubbles and some delicious snacks were served. Then we got a 5-course menu with an accompanying wine menu. The food was super delicious and the wines matched the individual dishes perfectly. Both food and wine were each time presented by an extremely dedicated waiter. The service was top notch, and they mean wine ad libitum when they say that. Due to the layout of the place on 2 levels, we were located upstairs and downstairs, respectively. I think that was really only an advantage for the acoustics, as it was not difficult to talk together at the tables. Restaurant Ene can definitely be recommended regardless of whether it is for a date, family dinner or a small company event 😊

04/05/2025: We had really wonderful 2 nights!! Very clean and nice building with swimming pool and spa. Location is also perfect to visit the wild deer parkand some other places as well
