Definitely an experience. The food is delicious, as you can expect from meat, bacon and beef fat, but contrary to expectations, their bacon was a sloppy affair. It is not necessarily a place you visit several times. The room looks nice, but the decor is not great.

Really top quality! Super nice staff that even speaks German. The food was really top. Six of us got a place without a reservation and one of us is a vegetarian and one dish could also be ordered in a vegetarian version. Otherwise it is of course very pork-heavy, which is really positive because they can fully focus on the quality. And you can taste it too! I'm already looking forward to the next visit :)

My wife and I came here on our second last night of our holiday. The reason we chose this establishment was due to the great reviews and the fact that we love bacon. And what an amazing experience it was. The owner invited us to an experience, we will never forget. He explained the entire menu to us in detail and sadly we only have one stomach each. As a started we had the "Roulette" of bacon, which was just superb. As our mains, we ordered more than we could ever eat in one sitting, but we just had to try a variety of dishes. I don´t want to spoil too much here. All we can say is, that the experience was out of this world. Combined with the lovely service, we would come here again and again. Very much enjoyed our visit - great food and excellent hospitality. Coming from the USA and not knowing how well Denmark is known for hamburgers until shortly before arrival, it was a pleasant surprise and delicious experience. Highly recommend - fries and beer were also great. While the menu was not in English (we did NOT expect it to be; vocabulary is similar, so not too difficult) the host was helpful with the menu. Also good with kids.

An interesting experience. Bacon was available as a separate option. Service Good and individual. The atmosphere is calm. The toilet space is clean.

We have something unique in Haderslev that cannot be found anywhere else in Denmark A baconista who shares his passion with others. Bacon is life ;-) And then, via the collaboration with the beer lovers, he has some wonderful special beers. It is worth visiting.
