MARSTANG mad & vin Ærø

Super tasty food, very nicely presented. Wine list also very good. Service incredibly friendly. So highly recommended.

Having dinner here is worth a trip to Ærø. The restaurant serves a different three course menu every week. I‘m sure they will cater to any dietary requirements, but eating what they serve is key to the enjoyment here, so you shouldn‘t be too picky. You can feel the enthusiasm that goes into the preparation of the food and the wine accompaniment was very nice as well.

Ate a breadbowl with mushroom soup. It was really tasty and the bread perfect. There was really good service and information about the menus.

Fantastic place. If you only have one meal in Marstal, it should be here!

We had a very fine menu. For each course the ingredients were described to us in more detail. The plates were lovingly designed and everything was delicious. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Marstal.

One of the best addresses in the whole town. Relaxed atmosphere and super fine local food in 3 courses including wine accompaniment. Top explained and it tasted really good. The kitchen with heart when cooking and everything fit together. High cuisine and gladly again when we come by again.

We ate today at Marstang. It was an exquisite and super delicious menu, truly an experience for the eyes and the stomach. The hostesses were present and empathetic - it all just fit perfectly. It can absolutely be recommended and we will definitely come again.

Absolutely a gem. Tastefully furnished. The best service, where the two owners are responsible for everything. Really delicious food. A place I can highly recommend.
