21/10/2025: You can stop along the road at any time. I arrived at night, no one was there, and the lights were on. To register, go to the office. The door is in the photo. Ring the bell. The office is on the left, the restroom is on the right. They'll tell you to use the ramp, count from left to right, as you look at the office door after loading your documents.
