Food great, staff great, nothing to complain about. We were just unlucky that they were already preparing for the end of the season, there was no steak, no chilled local beer and no gin.

It's a really cozy place with lots of old American decorations on the wall. The food is delicious and a good portion for the price. The boss is very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come again 😊

Jeg fik bare en rigtig lækker kyllingeburger der bare var tiptop! Dejligt sted at være, hvor man føler sig hjemme. Her kan jeg klart anbefale at tage hen, hvis man søger en lidt ekstra snasket burger!

Would definitely recommend mcknudsens if you are looking for a delicious slightly extra snazzy American style burger, where the atmosphere matches! It's just lovely here

14/03/2024: A really nice dining experience.
21/02/2024: I've been to Skagen around end of January, and I spent just one night. I was looking for a place to have dinner and I was having trouble finding a decent restaurant that was still serving food. When I was about to give up, I entered Jakob's at 8:34pm and asked if they were still serving dinner. The waitress told me their kitchen closes at 8:30pm but she was going to ask the cook if they could still prepare something. Not only he accepted, they served me the fish and chips which is a dish they only serve during lunch (or happy hour, not quite sure). I've also ordered the fish soup as a starter, and both dishes were really, really good. The waitress was incredibly nice and attentive even though there was no one else at the restaurant and I've delayed her trip back home. I am SO grateful for these people and this restaurant, and the food is actually delicious! HIGHLY recommended!

29/10/2023: We had lunch here. The craft brewery is situated in a large brick building which was originally the power plant of the town. It is a large building with room for several guests both inside and outside, weather permitting. There is seating and a long bar at the ground floor, which also has a stage for live entertainment. The restaurant is located upstairs. A lunch/brunch menu is available with a selection of food, including seafood, burgers, and tapas. The food we had was very good and the beer excellent.
03/08/2023: So much fun in the bar with live music on weekends. A bit expensive, beer costs 60dkk.
