When you don't have a fishing rod, the small outboard motor for the fishing boat has run out of gas, and the day's catch therefore consists of absolutely nothing, then fortunately there is an emergency plan: Møllers Fiskehus. Here you can buy fresh fish to take home. And if the kitchen has run out of gas, the pot has disappeared, and the pan has hidden somewhere where even the police would give up the search, then you might as well let the nice people at Møllers prepare the fish for you. I chose a shooting star. A real shooting star is not actually a star that falls from the sky. They are small particles from space that hit the Earth's atmosphere at dizzying speeds. The friction makes them glow, and for a short moment they draw a luminous line across the night sky. At Møllers Fiskehus, a shooting star is something completely different. Here it consists of fresh fish that I did not catch myself, and which fortunately I did not have to prepare either. The talented people in the kitchen do it much better. The place is simple and unpretentious. No white tablecloths, no silver waiters. Just a terrace, a bit of sea air, a view of the life around you and a shooting star that is probably the best you can get for miles around. You sit there with a knife and fork, look up at the sky and wonder if the real shooting stars up there give you as much joy as the ones that land on your plate at Møllers. The only difference is that the shooting stars in the sky disappear after a few seconds. The ones at Møllers you remember a little longer.
