A store that catches your eye from the first moment with its thoughtful, modern decor. The atmosphere is impeccable, and customer service was excellent throughout. I went there with the intention of buying a travel mug, which is quite trendy right now, but unfortunately, it was sold out. Even so, I was surprised by the variety of products they offer, both coffee and accessories. It's a beautiful, well-presented place with plenty to see. Highly recommended for coffee lovers or if you're looking for an original gift.

I have been happy with Nespresso and your products, but unfortunately I am quite disappointed with the lack of technical support when it comes to software errors. I had a milk frother for DKK 3,500, which otherwise works fine – it starts up, runs as it should, and everything works mechanically. But then a message appears on the display: "Contact Nespresso" followed by a serial number. I therefore go to the store on Strøget, where the staff are nice, but they can't help because the fault is unknown - and it can't be repaired. That you are then offered 25% on a new machine seems like a quick solution to a problem that should be able to be handled with technical support. When a machine otherwise runs flawlessly and it is clearly "just" a software error, it is not good enough that you as a customer are parked without help. Nespresso stands out for quality and design, and therefore a corresponding technical service should also be included - especially when it comes to relatively new and functional machines. So here you have to tighten up. Software bugs shouldn't be a death sentence for a product that otherwise works fine.
