I have been happy with Nespresso and your products, but unfortunately I am quite disappointed with the lack of technical support when it comes to software errors. I had a milk frother for DKK 3,500, which otherwise works fine – it starts up, runs as it should, and everything works mechanically. But then a message appears on the display: "Contact Nespresso" followed by a serial number. I therefore go to the store on Strøget, where the staff are nice, but they can't help because the fault is unknown - and it can't be repaired. That you are then offered 25% on a new machine seems like a quick solution to a problem that should be able to be handled with technical support. When a machine otherwise runs flawlessly and it is clearly "just" a software error, it is not good enough that you as a customer are parked without help. Nespresso stands out for quality and design, and therefore a corresponding technical service should also be included - especially when it comes to relatively new and functional machines. So here you have to tighten up. Software bugs shouldn't be a death sentence for a product that otherwise works fine.

Received very good service from the staff and was offered a good cup of coffee. Will come again next time I'm in Copenhagen.

05/04/2025: Nice location , in very city center. Room was ok, some colour to walls and ceiling decoration would have made a miracle for look&feel, ”hygge” in Danish.
22/02/2025: Although I was staying alone, the room was just the right size and I was able to enjoy the outside view. The staff at the front desk were smiling and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and it was a comfortable stay.

17/11/2024: It's a pity that you come to the bakery with a positive energy, to buy French bread, usually the others are nice and offer to cut the bread, but the offer was not there, and that's also okay, but the only thing that wasn't okay was that you asks if the bread can't be cut, you also get the answer that you are young, and you can do that yourself at home. Excuse me, the person doesn't know if I can cut the bread or not, what if I couldn't, precisely because you've packed it all up when you're moving. Anyway, I don't know any baker who won't cut the bread
15/10/2024: Really cozy and delicious bakery at Folehaven. You get fantastic service and can almost only leave with a smile. In addition, you can always count on delicious and hearty breakfast bread and cakes. Can definitely recommend the baker if you want to have a good experience as a customer and support a local baker.
