Expectations were met with a good herring and a Svaneke beer. Service ok. You can sit inside if you prefer.

I've eaten there several times, and the food has always been delicious. The pepper mackerel and the cod fritters were especially good. We were always served in a friendly and prompt manner, even though it was quite busy. For us, one or two meals at this smokehouse per vacation are simply a must.

Delicious smoked fish, salmon, and other types of fish. You can eat in, or outside when the weather's nice. A large selection of different fish dishes. Smoked goods and side dishes are also available to take away.

Large selection, good quality and good prices. Best smokehouse on Bornholm. There are other smokehouses with a nicer location if you want to stay and eat, but if you want to buy smoked products to take with you, this is clearly the best!

Very nice røgeri. Visited twice. Unfortunately once we paid way too much and I missed to notice it, there was a mistake with the calculation. The fish is very tasty anyhow.

Smoked any and everything fish-wise! We purchased smoked shrimp and mackerel. It was rainy and cold, but who cares as long as the food tasted good.....and it did!

27/06/2025: Cozy and well-located restaurant. Came for lunch where there was plenty of space. My husband had tartar, but missed bread and onions. He gives it 3 ⭐️ I had lobster soup - but unfortunately I didn't get to give my disappointment on the spot. It looked like thin dishwashing liquid and was tasteless. 1 single ⭐️ but mostly for the experience
