I’ve been to Niso Sushi in Sønderborg many times, and I really like it. The sushi is fresh and tasty, and the snacks are great too. Definitely my favorite sushi place here. 🍣🤍

Cozy surroundings, nice waiters. The food is not bad but disappointing. The fish is nice, but no variety, everything is salmon, crab or chicken. The hot food lacks flavor or is too salty. The desserts are nice, good portions and nice taste. And a Sapporo beer rarely disappoints.

23/05/2026: In overral pretty nice hotel. Breakfast with lots of options, even after six days it gets little boring. Tv could be improved with some smart tv and streaming options. Lots of parking, super close to the fort and the port. Staff super friendly and great selection of beers in the bar. Will be definitelly back.
17/05/2026: Great location in Sonderborg, comfortable room size, plenty of parking and an acceptable breakfast. We even had a view of the Baltic Sea.

30/05/2026: The food is good. But it's too hot in the restaurant.
06/05/2026: If you are used to the Chinese restaurants we are accustomed to in the Netherlands, this restaurant is going to disappoint you greatly. It is just a buffet with limited choice. The food is bland. The spices are minimal. Also, the food from the buffet is not hot enough. The chefs and owner eat from the buffet themselves. That should be a good sign, but unfortunately, it isn't. There are also uncooked ingredients in the buffet. You should not eat these raw! There is a wok. You have to gather the ingredients on a plate and take them to a small, almost invisible counter next to the bar. The sauces that you have to pour over them are also there. Then a chef comes from behind the counter, takes your plate, and starts stir-frying the food. So, you don't see the wok.
