Cozy small fine dining restaurant, beef tartare and smoked salmon definitely recommended. Not possible to pack

Buzzy basement restaurant. We went for dinner and had the three course menu. The beef tartare starter and red deer main were superb as was the sea buckthorn parfait dessert. There were a couple of minor missteps with the service but our waitress was so friendly we forgave her. There was a good mix of locals & tourists.

We had a fantastic meal! Lunch with smørrebrød and Aquavit. The service was super friendly. The only downside is that any smørrebrød you eat afterward will be disappointing.

Right now offer for 2 pieces of 'Smørrebrød' of your own choice at DKR 135. Subscribe to 'Special - Early Bird's newsletter and order online. Nice and tasty, but make sure to book a table. I prefer summer servings outdoor. Serviceminded staff. The location in the basement is not ideal.

Probably the best restaurant and food in Copenhagen.

I'm a bit torn here. The food itself was truly delicious, lovingly prepared, and the menu seemed very well thought out. Our server seemed to have to thaw a bit before she could be truly welcoming, which somewhat dampened the start of the evening. Plus, the seating is very close together. I found it a bit odd that you couldn't order espresso and they only served filter coffee.

A cozy basement restaurant. It's a bit cramped, but still hyggelig. The service is very friendly and attentive. The entire young team seems very dedicated. The food arrives quickly, but you're not rushed, and you can even take a break between courses. The quality of the food is very good, perfectly prepared, but without any major surprises. But we're not eating at a Michelin-starred restaurant. Having been negatively surprised at more expensive (Michelin-starred) restaurants in Copenhagen, Norrlyst is always worth a visit and worth the price.

Commendable service and great food. We enjoyed it and will be looking out for new menu's to try it when it's out. Great team of people looking after you although I didn't get names. It felt very personal. Highly recommended.
