We had four solid pescetarian dishes, beetroot, scallop, cod and finally Ingrid Marie apple
High, high class, delicious food all the way through and service top notch
Deserved bib in Michelin, maybe it's fat to only give four stars, but the fifth is what gives the star in Michelin
And it's great that there are these places that are satisfied with bib and not the stars
Highly recommended, next time we will try their four dishes vegan

Food was excellent, but the atmosphere and vibe leave a lot to be desired.
The restaurant was uncomfortably quiet, making it awkward to engage in conversation. The service was friendly but pretty slow, we often had to wait 10+ minutes for dirty dishes to be cleared between courses. The bathroom was also dirty and trash cans overflowing.
The food was very good, especially the steak tartare, crab soup, and duck breast. However, they need to really improve the atmosphere here to make it a true Michelin experience.

— made a trip to Michelin bib gourmand smørrebrød @norrlyst while I was in Copenhagen and had a lovely window seat. been preferring sparkling water during my time there and let me just say their sparkling water was indeed very bubbly and crispy… amazing… one of the best sparkling waters I’ve had.
i think when it comes to herring, I hear that people feel like it would taste “fishy” but i think because smorrebrod is served cold, the fishiness usually goes away + especially with the complementary yuzu flavor, that slight acid acts as a sort of sweetener and neutralizes the overall balance in my opinion. personally i find microgreens quite “annoying” to structure into a bite, but it is good presentation wise.

A truly positive experience, we had booked a table and went in to have a few dishes, we were greeted by friendly and smiling staff, a cozy little place, not just once but twice there was extra delicious bread for the table, we were the only Danish-speaking customers that day, which everyone had a good laugh about, we also met the new daily manager who kindly invited us back and told us there would be many new and exciting initiatives, really good food and really good service, definitely worth the visit, thank you!
